bazi Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bazi" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at bazi.vu, including all associated services, features, and content accessible through that domain.
• "Platform" means the bazi website, mobile browser interface, and any related digital services made available to registered users.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bazi Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a player's Account, used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the bazi Platform are denominated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Winnings" means any monetary amount credited to a player's Wallet as a result of a successful Bet or game outcome.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other non-cash incentive offered by bazi to players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the bazi Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bazi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bazi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you are using the bazi Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. bazi accepts no liability for unauthorised use of an Account by a third party where the Account holder has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

Use of the bazi Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bazi does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or engage in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of a third party or for any commercial purpose.
• You are not a resident of, or located within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are unlawful or restricted.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or court-imposed gambling restriction.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by bazi for breach of these Terms.

bazi reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and retention of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of services on the bazi Platform, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or Bonuses therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bazi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure.
• You must notify bazi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bazi reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to suspicious activity. You agree to cooperate fully with such checks.
• Account information, including your registered mobile banking number, may only be updated by submitting a formal request to bazi support, accompanied by supporting identification documents.

All financial transactions on the bazi Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits imposed by your chosen mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Standard processing time is within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours during staffed support hours (08:00–00:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside staffed hours will be processed at the beginning of the next staffed period.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the corresponding deposit, unless a formal account update request has been approved by bazi support.
• bazi does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges, for which bazi accepts no responsibility.
• bazi reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our internal fraud or compliance systems. Processing may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.
• Funds deposited into your Wallet are held for betting and gaming purposes only. bazi is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on Wallet balances.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bazi Platform. Product-specific rules (cricket betting markets, live casino table rules, slot game rules) are published separately within each respective product section of the Platform.

• All Bets are final once confirmed. bazi does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed Bet except in circumstances where bazi determines, in its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.
• A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, obvious pricing mistakes, data feed failures, and system errors that result in odds or outcomes being materially different from those that would have been offered under normal operating conditions. bazi reserves the right to void any Bet placed under conditions of manifest error.
• Winnings from settled Bets are credited to your Wallet promptly after settlement. Settlement times for live events are subject to the availability and accuracy of official result data from the relevant sporting authority or game certification body.
• bazi employs certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology in all casino and slot games, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically independent and not influenced by prior results.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, RNG weaknesses, or communication errors to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bazi reserves the right to void all affected Bets and suspend the relevant Account.
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies deployed in bad faith, or use of automated betting systems (bots) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

bazi offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms and conditions state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each Bonus offer is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same Bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• bazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retrospectively affect the terms of a Bonus already in progress.
• Bonus funds are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent value until wagering requirements are met.
• bazi reserves the right to void Winnings derived from Bonuses where it determines that the Bonus was obtained through misrepresentation, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from their Account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may activate a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years by contacting bazi support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.

• bazi employs monitoring systems to identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling. Where such patterns are identified, bazi may contact the player directly or apply precautionary account restrictions.
• The minimum age for all bazi services is 21 years. bazi takes underage gambling seriously and will immediately terminate any Account found to be held by a person under this age, with all funds retained pending parental or guardian claim.

bazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any activity that bazi reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal offence.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. bazi will attempt to notify the account holder prior to applying an inactivity policy.
• Receipt of a charge-back or reversal instruction from a payment provider.

Upon termination for cause, bazi reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated without cause by bazi, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking number within a reasonable period.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bazi support. Any outstanding verified cash balance will be processed for withdrawal upon account closure.

All content available on the bazi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of bazi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bazi Platform without the express prior written consent of bazi.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• The bazi name, logo, and all associated brand assets are proprietary marks of bazi. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bazi's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising.
• bazi does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.
• bazi is not liable for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics resulting from data feed errors originating from third-party data providers.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bazi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services.
• bazi implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the Platform.
• bazi does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to deliver the Platform services.

Your continued use of the bazi Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure through bazi support.

The version of these Terms currently published on the Platform at any given time is the version that governs your use of bazi. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bazi is incorporated and licensed to operate. bazi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of those it services.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes may be submitted to bazi support in the first instance, and bazi will endeavour to respond with a resolution proposal within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bazi from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
